Dallas, Day 2

by micah on November 30, 2007

Well, I would say that day two went better than the first day.

I was still tired most of the day because I’m still getting used to sleeping in the bed where I’m staying, BUT I was less tired than the day before.

During the workshop we were still covering a lot of new content. The first day I was a bit–and I do mean a bit–inexplicably frustrated after the day of learning new stuff. I was thinking about this and realized that the way the content is being presented is not tailored to the way I like to learn. Once I realized this, it was so much easier to not be frustrated and actually concentrate on the material I was supposed to be learning.

In the evening, one of the other men in the workshop (who lives here in Dallas) invited all of us men over to his home to watch the Dallas vs. Greenbay football game. It was quite fun. I’d rarely play football, but I’ve increasingly enjoyed watching it being played.

Thank you for your prayers!

I’ll be interested in hearing how you liked the whole seminar.
