Hey guys, sorry it has taken me so long to log on. I apparently forgot my password, and just now got it re-set 😛 Thank you all so much for the birthday wishes. I wasn’t expecting much this year, but it was one of the best birthdays I can remember. My friends really made me feel loved. One of them even surprised me with a cake 🙂
I did get to go swing dancing, though I was careful not to stress my knee. Speaking of my knee, some of you have heard that it has been hurting me since last Monday. I wanted to let all of you know, that it has been feeling pretty good lately. I haven’t felt the need to wear my knee brace much at all this week. In fact, I haven’t worn it at all today, and that was with me chasing after three energetic children. I am shopping for new work shoes though, as it has been brought to my attention that my old ones might be the cause of the discomfort.
Aunt Janice, my mom is not here with me right now, although she will likely be up in a few weeks after Kristen and Adam’s new little one is born.
As for when I will be joining my parents in glorious Georgia, I don’t see it happening for a few months yet. I am going to be a bridesmaid in one of my best friend’s wedding on November 30th, so I don’t think it would make sense for me to leave Pennsylvania until December. I do look forward to the move, but as anyone who has moved knows, it’s a bittersweet adventure, and I am enjoying every second of the time I have left with the loved ones I cannot take with me.
This move is going to be hard, but I am so glad that this time I am moving to a place where I will already be surrounded by people who know and love me. It makes this much less scary.
I love you all. You guys are the best family ever.

I just now read your comment, Katie. I’m glad your knee is feeling better and that your friends made your birthday special. I think about you often, wishing you were here! But I understand that you need to be up there and I’m glad that you can spend this time with your friends.
