On Saturday Seth was visiting us from St. Louis, so Micah, Seth and I went to play racquetball. I ended up “straining” a tendon where it attaches to my right foot. So now I’m on crutches for at least a week–ideally two, says the doctor. I had been scheduled for months to be the main speaker at a missions conference here in town. So I had to hobble up to the pulpit on crutches. Don’t I look so sad? No racquetball for a month, says the doctor!

On Crutches!

A tribute to Dad’s competitiveness!! 😀 I pray you heal quickly, Dad, so that we can play raquetball again.
Hmmmm…must have something to do with age…
You DO look sad! Sorry this happened. I’ll pray for your healing.
