Most of you know that I took am EMT class a while back….maybe about a year ago. I have been been putting off actually taking the written exam for a long time. I finally decided to take the exam, but was nervous as it has been almost a year that I took the class.
The test is now administered by Pearson Vue. I do not know if you have ever had the opportuity to take an exam at one of their testing centers, but it is an experience. You arrive and have to provide two forms of ID. Then you proceed to get finger printed (computer, not ink) and photographed. You then have to surrender all personal items to a locker as you are not allowed to take ANYTHING in there with you.
The test was difficult, and I thought for certain that I had failed, but the good news is that I did not! I was really excited today to check the wesite and see that I has passed.
