First of all let me start of and say that this has never happened before to anyone at my company that I know of…
Anyway, the Vice President of my organization found some money left in the budget that was not expected and decided to use it to give someone a raise. The management staff discussed it an chose me! It was not part of a promotion, one that I requested, or part of our annual performance evaluations. My manger also tells me that it will not effect me performance raise next year, except that because the performance raise is a percentage of current salary, that it would be higher!
I am pretty excited and cannot tell anyone at work, but I had to share God’s gracious provision with all of you.
