Well, I officially finished my last bookkeeping test on Friday (I’m still awaiting the results)! Now I am going to begin looking in earnest for a bookkeeping job, hopefully a full time position. I had applied to the position at our church but I didn’t get it because someone with more experience had also applied. However, I am not discouraged. For one, I would’ve been working two jobs and potentially working 50 hours a week. Also, it was good to get the interviewing experience and the treasurer of the church offered to help me find another bookkeeping job. He recommended that I learn how to use Quikbooks as many companies use that software. So, that’s my little update!
