Thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes. I spent the day doing phone interviews and various job search stuff. We’re gonna celebrate when Emily comes home this weekend. But, we did go to Red Lobster for dinner. The evening was capped off by a phone call a few minutes ago from Louisville saying that I didn’t get the job. Well, at least the field is narrowing dramatically.
Happy Birthday David! I appreciate the way you always work hard to take care of your family. Life hasn’t been easy, but you NEVER GIVE IN (in the words of another Churchill) even though you might feel like it sometimes.
We also got to see Alan and Josh last evening. It was good to see you guys. I hope your visit to Dordt goes well.
