Marvelous Trip!

Oh my, we had a wonderful trip! We went up to the land between the lakes, in Kentucky and camped for two nights. We swam once in the lake, and we played ultimate frisbee in the lake! That was tiring, but so fun. We had s’mores for breakfast too! 🙂 We drove through the lank between the lakes (or LBL) and went to a planetarium there where we saw a show about how the universe affects our weather. Fascinating! We then went on our way to St. Louis, and we stopped on the way to cook ribeye steaks at a beautiful park.
We went to the free Zoo there (little depressing to see the animals caged up, but some of them looked content so it was still good:), and we went out to eat quite a bit! Also, we got invited out to eat, and to eat at some one’s home. We had fun as a family, and I think we left Seth well. He has a fun orientation week, eating out, bowling, playing soccer!
I am nervous and excited to start school. I am taking advanced German class (I am really scared, because we will be reading German literature and discussing it, as I understand it), and U.S. history up at Covenant College. Oh, but God works all things for the good of those who love Him, and I am comforted! He is so good!
