Another tornado came through today. This time we had at least 5 trees down. We are without electricity. I’m writing this on my iPhone. Seth got here just in time for the adventure. He and I went around clearing roads and then we took care of our yard.

We had at least 6 trees down on our property. Once was across the driveway. I haven’t checked the whole property yet. It sounded like a truck coming through the woods.

I got my power back sometime last night. Most of the damage this time seems to have been in West Brow and Chickamauga. I was out with the FD for about 4 hours clearing roads and logging locations of downed power lines.

There was no advance warning. The only thing in the forecast was thunderstorms–which we didn’t get much of. Phyllis and I were outside and thought we heard a truck coming along the highway. But soon it was clear that it was coming toward us through the woods, and we figured out it was not a truck.
