News from Brauer’s

The title of this post is based on the long time since a post was made, not necessarily because of any big event. (Of course some may say this post would fit that category!) Katie came back last Saturday night from a short term missions trip with a team to New Orleans serving in a ministry to those whose houses were damaged by the floods. She will enter a post on her experiences soon. When we picked her up at church I could tell the group that went had really bonded and was encouraged by God to serve others. This was quite evident in the prayers offered by many, young and old alike. This past week we’ve been host to Jake and Joe. It is a nice reminder of the days when we had kids around. We have a nice recent photo of Ginny that I will post later. She is crawling around, pulling herself up and walking around furniture. Soon she will be crashing through doors and playing outside like all the other children. My how time goes by. If we’re not careful next thing I’ll know she’ll be graduating high school.
