I have been given the opportunity to interview for a new job at Unum in our Leave Management area. It would be a promotion for me and I am excited to be able to interview. Round 1 part 1 is tomorrow at 3pm and round 1 part 2 is next Thursday. I would expect there to be further rounds if I make the cut. Please pray for clarity of thought and the ability to accurately represent my abilities.

I think part one of the first round went well. I would have liked to have stringer answers for 1 or 2 questions, but I think I presented well. Guess we will have to wait and see.
I received word today that I will be getting a third interview (with six people) on 9/2. I am a little nervous because it is so many people and I have heard one of them tries to rattle you. I also received some feedback from the first two interviews. The feedback was constructive and gave me some things to be aware of as I move on. Thanks for your prayers.
