Thanks everyone! I love you all, and am so thankful to God for giving me such a great, supportive family. On my actual birthday, I did school until dinner and then we had dinner while we watched an episode of “White Collar.” On Sunday we went out to eat after church, got to sit by the fire and got a free chocolate cake–delicious. Plus, the cooks burned my dad’s steak to a crisp, gave him another one and it was free! So free steak and free cake by the fire–it was a good complement to our lovely conversation.
Then, we went shopping for my birthday present–a beautiful shelf for my lovely, growing collection of books. We came home, had pumpkin-maple cheesecake, watched an episode of “Psych” and than we chatted with my brothers, then we watched an episode of “Larkrise to Candleford.” I wanted to take a walk along the TN river, but it was too cold. It was a very nice celebration.
I am glad that God has given me life–not only did he create me, but is restoring me. I feel so privileged to be a part of the building of his kingdom!
