Mid Life (Mini) Crisis

I just wanted to ask for your prayers. I continue to feel overwhelmed with all the responsibilities in my job. I just can’t keep up. On the positive side, the one employee who is on maternity leave comes back in three weeks. And, I am getting to hire an additional employee. But… I keep getting more respsonsibilities. In addition, I am feeling the time pressure to complete my dissertation proposal so that I can start the resaerch in early 2010. I am running out of time and am concerned that I may not be able to get it done in the allotted time I have left. Not sure what the answer is, but I know I need prayer. Thanks.
