Thank you all for your payers for me during my interviews these past few weeks. I had a great interview last week with two directors and my AVP. I feel that it went very well as did they. That said, I was not selected to continue in the interview process. While dissapointing, I am very pleased with my performance. However the news is not all bad. I found out today that I was selected for the ALP program. This program will provide me with many good opportunities, but will also be A LOT of work. I am very excited – this is the fourth time I applied for this program.
