I wanted to show you some garden spots in my yard.

These are some pots of flowers I gathered to one spot so my neighbor could water them for me while we were in Chattanooga. Notice that we recently stained/sealed our fence.

This is the raised bed Dad helped me build and stock with wonderful soil. Onions are on the left, 4 tomato plants in the middle, and peppers to the right of the tomatoes, and various herbs on the right. Notice that most of the tomato plants fell over, even though I had cages around them. The one that is still standing is taller than the deck railing - taller than me.

This is the front porch. The Japanese Beetles tried to eat the ferns.

This is a close-up of the baskets on the porch railing.

A pot on the front steps

Two new red maple trees on either side of the driveway and knock-out roses at the base of each.

This is an island bed in our backyard. I transplanted much of this from the place where the knock-out roses are now. Actually, this bed also has some of the roses in it - and some gold mound spirea.

My pink & purple themed pot.
