A number of people are coming to our house over the 4th of July weekend. All are welcome. We would like to get a feel for who is coming, when you are coming and when you plan to leave. Type in your name in the first column. Then let us know when you will be here. For example, you might type the letter A or the word Arrive in the column of the date you will be arriving, and the letter L or the word Leave in the column of the date you will be leaving. Type anything else you in any column if you think it will be helpful. If you aren’t sure, just make your best guess. Include any other thoughts by adding comments.

We were unable to get into your chart, but we will arrive Friday afternoon and leave on Monday morning. Dad & Judy
We have enough room for everyone since Nathan can house the guys– even so they could sleep on the porch. Dad and Judy will be in the dining room, girls in the girl’s room, David and Janice in the other upstairs room and Alan and Janie downstairs. We are looking forward to it. Will do a comment soon on food and some activities.
