My Stomach

by Audrey on March 4, 2009

I have been having stomach problems on and off for 1.5-2 years now and so we finally went to the doctor. It so happens that I have a common bacteria, H. pylori, that is one of the only bacteria that lives in the stomach. I am so happy we have found the problem to my stomach discomforts! Praise the Lord!

I have to take 8 pills per day for two weeks! H. pylori is often due to acid reflux, so I may have that, too. So, if I have acid reflux, I need to watch my tomato, onion, carbonated beverage, citrus, and chocolate intake.

I know it is rather funny, but I think it is exciting to have to watch certain foods that I eat. In fact, I think it might be cool to have a food allergy 😀

You are funny Audrey. I am glad the problem was identified. Your excitement of new things reminds me of MomMom

My stomach still bothers me on and off, but I think it is getting better a little every day. Thanks for asking!
