Last week my mom, Bekah Larson, Audrey and I went to a county fair. Because it was on a sort of island we had the option to ride a boat to the fair–so we did! That was fun. We watched a dog show (Service Dogs of America) and some horse shows. We also looked at some old cars. There was an old sheriff’s car that looked exactly like Andy Griffith’s car.

Is that horse eating the flowers?
Nice pics! I think the horse stopped to smell the roses.
That horse kept wanting to smell the flowers, which was cute. Uncle David, these shows somewhat decreased my desire to work with animals. But maybe that’s just because the shows weren’t as exciting as I had anticipated them to be.
How long was the boat ride?
The ride was about 25 minutes long. It was a little hot out, but sometimes we caught a breeze off the river.
