Happy Father’s Day

I would like to take a moment to wish all the father’s of this family a Happy Father’s Day.

As I think about my dad, I find myself thankful for the many things I have learned from him. He has taught me how to roof a home, change a tire, and how to program a VCR (not that I need this skill any longer). More importantly though, he has modeled for us kids a love for the Lord, a love for his wife, and a desire to see God’s kingdom become on earth as it is in heaven.

I thank God for my dad and all the things he has and continues to teach me.
