To create a link, first click the link button in the toolbar. It looks like two links of a chain. To make it available, you need to select some words–like “Click Here” or the address itself–that will become the hyperlinked text.
Then type in the address in the dialogue box provided–even if you already typed it for the hyperlinked text. Choose whether you want the link to open in the same window or a new window. Then click the Insert button.
