Drew and I went to Lyme Park on Monday and got to go inside Lyme Hall, a.k.a. Pemberley! It was beautiful! Extensive grounds, loads of deer, and the inside was amazing! I got the classic picture of course, it was so weird seeing it in person!

That first picture isn’t actually the “back door” like it appears in the movie. It’s in the middle of a courtyard.
Wow! That is beautiful!
Very nice
Marvelous! The fourth picture down looks like a shot straight out of the movie.
How come there are no shots of the inside? Not allowed?
That is soooooo cool! I am glad you took a picture with you two in it, so we have proof that you were actually there 😉
Awesome!Awesome!Awesome! It’s so beautiful. Does anyone live there?
Wow!!!
Cool! It looks like you had fun!
No, pictures weren’t allowed inside. Nobody lives there now. The “rightful owners” gave it to a place called the National Trust – it’s only open a few hours a day, and a lot of it is blocked off.
Great! Thanks for sharing your visit. Its an awesome place.
That is so crazy-amazing-awesome-cool! Sorry, none of those words seemed suitable by themselves, so I had to string them together.
