I like to compose music and so often I have a tune going through my head but then I usually lose it. So, I’ve been recording them onto my computer as they come to me, or as they develop as I play them on the piano. Here is the most recent one: Musical Thought #9 ![]()

Very nice! It has a more classical sound to it than what you usually play… very good!
It is somewhat unpredictable. I like that. It is a bouncy happy song. Saying ‘bouncy happy’ just reminded me of you bobbing up and down on one of those big bouncy ball singing, “Hoppity, hoppity, hop, hop, etc.”
My inspiration for this piece was Heart and Soul–I think that’s what it’s called.
Maybe I’ll call this song Hoppity Hop 🙂
that’s a good name for it!
I would like to suggest the title “Curious Child”. I picture a child going about his day exploring sometimes mischievously but always under the watchful, smiling eyes of the parents.
I like it a lot!
Can’t get enough of it!
