The birds that I met were not very afraid of humans.
I cracked up when I saw this. Notice how all the birds (in the foreground) are looking in the same direction? Somebody at a picnic table nearby had been throwing the birds food crumbs.

I like your bird pictures! That is neat that you could get so close. I like the pigeon looking so curious! But, the last picture is not a bird! 😉

Great pictures. I got a couple of bird pictures at the beach. I’ll have to post them.
Yeah, I met some birds. The sea gull (his name is Mai Frenchfrai) playing in the puddle of water was telling me somewhat mournfully that he and his buddies use to catch tasty fish out at sea; but now they don’t do that anymore because it is easier to get food from the humans.
The pigeon just walked off from the sidewalk under the tables where we were sitting.
