A Job!

I got the job I had mentioned in my last post! God is truly the Great Provider.

My job title is teaching fellow in the World Languages Department at Baylor School here in Chattanooga. Not sure exactly what I will be doing, but I know I will be teaching at least one section of German 1 in the middle school. Below is the breakdown of what I will be doing:

1. teach two classes (either one German and one Spanish, or two sections of German)
2. I will be mentored by someone, who will sit in on my classes, I would sit in on their classes and we’d meet regularly
3. help in the afternoon program (perhaps community service or gardening)
4. Maybe: help with academic support
5. I may be a part of advising a particular group of students

I will get benefits and a good salary that will allow me to make a pretty decent dent in my loans. I am very thankful!
