We just got word from my sister that my nephew died this morning of an overdose (don’t know if it was intentional or accidental as he was under pain management). He lived with my parents and it happened at their house.

Racquetball Injury

Today I tore my right calf muscle playing racquetball. At least that’s what the doctor thinks. I knew it must be something more than a muscle strain because it felt like someone had hit me with a racquet. Tomorrow I have an MRI to find out more specifically what’s wrong.
