Wow, Uncle David! That is good news! Stephanie and I will be praying!
Wow, what an encouraging message! I will definitely be praying for the interview tomorrow (I’ve already started). Is the organization a Christian organization? I was surprised to hear the guy say that God is opening a door. And, did he call you ‘brother’?
Cool… Praying
Glad to hear it. We will be praying.
🙂 I had a feeling it had gone better than you thought, though I’m not sure why.
Yay! I’ll be praying!
Thanks for the prayers and encouragement everyone. Seth, this recruiter is, in fact, a Christian. The most evangelical, doctrinally sound Catholic I have ever met or known. The company isn’t a christian company per se. But, they do a fair amount of biblically-based ministry within their prisons. And, the person to who the position reports is a Christian, so I am told.
Wonderful! We’ll be praying!
We have been and will continue to pray that you will be led to the right job. Your comments seem very encouraging, Dad & Judy
This is so encouraging! I will be praying.
Cool! I’m praying!
that was really cool to hear. I hope that things went well for you today.
He got the job!!!!! Praise God! 🙂 Thanks so much for your prayers.
So what job is it?
Thanks for your prayers everyone. The process has moved faster than I could have ever imagined. It’s been a whirlwind. I am grateful to God and His timing. He knew that I had very little left in me.
Sharon, the job is similar to what I have been doing most of my career. It’s an organizational development position. Specifically, Sr. Director of Organizational Development with Corrections Corporation of America, a privatized prison management company.
Praise God!
Woohooo! Praise the Lord!
We too give praise to God for His working this out for you. We will continue to pray that you will be lead by Him in every decision that you need to make. May the Lord make this not only a job but a ministry. Dad & Judy
