We all went to go watch a tornado…

The city of St. Louis issued a tornado warning so a bunch of people gathered together at a local tornado-viewing field to watch it develop…

The people of St. Louis enjoying a good tornado.

Actually, this was part of an annual air show in Chesterfield. It was really cool. Here some other pictures. I went with Jean and Gordon Shaw.

Dad, the descriptions that I wrote for some of the pictures didn’t show up. What did I do wrong?

I don’t know why the description box doesn’t work. Just type in your descriptions in the text box between the pictures. Cool pictures. How did they create the tornado effect?

Hypothermic!!! Was that tornado man made? How in the world did they do that?! What in the world was that explosion all about?! What was the airplane doing near the tornado?! – like I said, hypothermic.

There were several explosions throughtout the event, I guess just to spice things up a bit. I was told that two professional pyromaniacs set them up. They used trash bags filled with gasoline. The tornado formed after the huge explosion shown above. I don’t know if it was intentional or not, but considering that the pyros were professional it probably was.
