I thought I’d show you what a day of my meals might look like:
Breakfast:

eggs cooked in butter with kale and sea salt
Snack:

Green Smoothie: spinach, bananas, avocado, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon (I often have this as my breakfast, too)
Lunch:

salmon, broiled broccoli and red pepper, mushrooms cooked in butter
Snack

Supper:

Meat and veggies!
Every once in a while I’ll indulge in some dessert:

Chocolate pudding (avocado, cocoa powder, stevia and a little honey) with a few dark chocolate chips on top
