Hey, Melissa, how is the cooking going? Have you gotten the new menu of the restraunt you work at down pat? Today at lunch, my Dad expressed how it would be neat if someone were to study both culinary science and diet and hire oneself out to peolpe to help them if they have some sort of probelm or sickness and say to them, ” if you hire me and you eat what I make for you, then you will be cured!” or something like that. I have thought of that before, too. It might be fun, who knows!

hey audrey! yes i finally think i’ve got the new menu down…unfortunately they’ve had to cut my hours a bit because lunch time wasn’t really picking up. anyways, they have labeled me “fully trained and only lacking whatever new experience will bring”…which is alright i guess! i think being someones personal dieticien (if that’s what it is) would be a lot of fun. i’ve been reading a lot of nutrition books lately, i’ve always been interested in what foods do to your body and such. can’t really decide what i want to be! now i fancy myself a nutrionist! ~melissa
I think you would make a good personal dieticien because your intract very well with everyone you meet.
Hear, hear!
