so, mid-morning here in Leigh. the sun isn’t out, and it’s about 40 degrees outside…typical. the boys are doing their school, dad is working, mum isn’t feeling great and is in bed, brea and bryce are playing a board game, drew is doing the dishes, and i’m trying to figure out what songs to sing this Sunday. i am the leader of a youth band here and we’re playing Sunday. i’m going to work in fifteen minutes, a fish and chips shop about a mile away. the only down side to it is that i smell absolutely horrible afterwards! hope everyone is well… ~melissa
just another day

That’s neat that you are the youth band leader! Do you enjoy being a leader? I think you would be good at that sort of thing, choosing songs and such.
When does the sun come out?
hey audrey, i do enjoy being the leader, but only to a certain extent. the kids i’m “leading” aren’t very excited about playing in front of church, or about practicing…so that makes it difficult. it’s a good experience for me though. and andrea, the sun comes out about eight and goes down around four! the days are still getting shorter too! much love, ~melissa
So Melissa, out of whom are you taking the mickey?
Uncle Gary
hee!hee! no one in particular. it’s just a fun british phrase that i like! it makes absolutely no sense. 🙂 ~melissa
OK, I was just wondering. 🙂
