The Cheese Stick says

by Audrey on April 21, 2006

We buy cheese sticks with trivia on them, and one of the questions was, ” what are people from Manchester England called?” And the answer was Maconians, or something like that. Can you verify this? Well, the cheese stick said it, so it must be correct. Therefore, I have Maconian cousins, Uncle and Aunt!

It’s just a way of saying, “from Manchester”, like a Chattanoogan.
