I am having a good experience thus far in dorm life. Here are a few pictures of my room and my room/suitemates.
Here is looking from one end of the spacious room (my bed is the top bunk against the end wall):
Then a view from the opposite end(my desk is in the corner by the window):

What a nice big room. I’m glad you’re enjoying it!
🙂
Yes, the room is so nice that many on the hall want to come and visit 😀 Of course, it is often difficult to study, but I just move and all is well. I am really enjoying all of my classes right now, and dorm life is going well for me.
I’m happy you’re enjoying college life! Remember staying at Covenant those few nights with Andrea? Now it’s for real, huh? 🙂
You should post some visiting hours 😉 or dedicated study hours–that might go over better.
Melissa, I do remember when we stayed at Covenant that one time! Sure is for real! Maybe I should put up study hours…Hm, I’ll have to think about that.
Wow!! What a nice, and BIG room.
I didn’t know there were 5 person rooms. What dorm are you in? Hey, I wanted to remind you to look for Mary Frances Roberts. She was in James’ class at Covenant Day School and she’s one of Heather’s best friends.
Oh yes! I should look for Mary Frances Roberts! I forgot, but now I look forward to finding her 🙂 Yes it is a very large room, and people do call it “The Big Room.”
Oh, does she go by Mary, or Mary Frances?
Mostly Mary Frances, but I don’t know what she will want to be called at college. Heather calls her Franny, but I don’t know that most people do. Her mother’s name is Mary, so they called her Mary Frances to distinguish her from her mom. But since her mom’s not at college, she may just go by Mary. I know that’s very confusing. Just call her Mary Frances. 🙂
When she’s with her friends, I think they usually call her Mary (except Heather, of course).
