I have heard that Melissa, you are working as a chef’s assistant or something. That sounds so wonderful! You are certainly exsercising your gifts in England, with cooking and massaging! God is so good! How is school going, Caleb, Josh, Breana and Bryce? Sounds like a really good school that you are going to. How far away is it? What is it like, Philip, being the only one homeschooling? Or are you? Are you all still going to grace fellowship? Or have you been going to another one? How are you fairing Uncle Alan and Aunt Janie?
How are the Brauers? How is homeschooling been going for you, Katie? I remember that you have a paper to write each semester, what is it going to be on, do you know? How is antiqueing?
How about the Millers? I do wish we could have seen you all over Christmas! We missed you by about half of an hour, or something. Well, I hope we can see you all soon!
I miss you all, and long to hear from you!

Hi Audrey and all the family. You’d hear from the PA Brauers more often if I knew how to post something. As it is, all I can do is respond to others. Uncle Woody is pretty busy these days with work, being on the session at church, leading a small group, being president of the Reamstown Park association, and with our new antique business. Yes, we did rent a showcase at a local antique mall. We startrd the last week of February. The first few weeks we sold things like crazy. We were running out of good quality stuff to put in the showcase, but the last couple of weeks have been slow. In fact, last week we sold nothing at all. I hope it picks up again.
Last Friday we took our car to a mechanic because it wasn’t running well. It turns out that the car had a blown head gasket and the repair bill was huge. We had no idea how to pay for it, but it gave us an opportunity to see how God would work, and He certainly did. Uncle Woody was able to get a loan at a low enough interest rate that he could pay for the repairs and a couple of other bills that had a higher interest rate so that even with the car repair expense our monthly outlay is no more than before. ADVICE TO HEED!!!! NEVER GET IN DEBT!!!!!
Work at the day care is okay. I love being with the children, but I could do without the beaurocracy and dealing with “prickly” personalities. It gives an opportunity to show the love of Christ though.

Hello Audrey,
Yes, we are well. School has been good. A bit challenging. Caleb is lamenting that he has to write a 14 page essay on the movement of Mexicans into the Southern US and the effects it has on the culture, jobs, etc… He is not happy!! Brea and Bryce are adjusting. We have all been sick with a cold/tired/stomach kind of thing. I will let Lissa tell you about her job. She does seem to like it alot. Phil enjoys being alone more now…
I am helping in a lot of areas at school…doing a sports hour with Brea’s class along with a music class(that starts on Monday and I have no idea what I will be doing!!). I help with sports in C and J’s classes and Phil comes along. I will also be helping the C and J math class. I enjoy what I am doing but feel a bit stretched at the moment.
Good to hear from you Sharon. Didn’t know you had opened an antique business…that sounds great!! I would love to see what you have.
Love to all,
a. janie
