Pray for us all as school starts for Caleb, Josh, Brea and Bryce tomorrow. It should prove to be quite an interesting change for us all! We’ll keep you posted.

Yes, we will pray. Tell us how it goes, I am vastly interested. Philip, are you going to continue homeschool? Are you thinking of college?

I have been praying. Let us know how the first day of school went. Is the system at all similar to the way school is depicted in Harry Potter? Do you have to wear uniforms?

the first day (and second) were ‘brilliant’. each one had good things to say … so much so that they all tried to talk at once and we had to have them wait their turn. the school is really an extension to home. Moms and Dads do all the teaching. There are only 50 or so in the school..age 5 – 16. No uniforms and no, not much like Harry Potter. They have three subjects each day and have several repeat during the week ( like maths, english, french and science). The younger ones have some different subjects (no french but brea will be learning to play the recorder and B and B both get to have swimming lessons.) The boys have a sports morning tomorrow at a local police gym and Phil will be allowed to join them. I have helped out is a couple of classes already but don’t have an permanent responsibilites as yet. I might be teaching a music/song class to the younger group after easter. All in all, a very good start. We are all pleased, a bit exhausted, but happy with our decision. Thanks for your prayer…keep them coming. janie
