A Farewell to Racquetball as we’ve known it

by Gary on July 7, 2008

My first racquetball game was in 1981. I started playing racquetball with Micah and Seth in Chile about ten years ago. Since we returned to the States we have also played regularly. When Seth went off to St. Louis, Micah and I continued playing a couple of times a week. Now that Micah is going off to New York, an era has come to an end. No more racquetball as we have known it. Just before the family reunion Micah, Seth and I played at the YMCA for one last time (we have ended our YMCA membership). This video commemorates over a decade of father-sons racquetball.

A farewell to racquetball as we have known it…

Sad to hear this. Wish we lived closer so that we could play. Although, I wouldn’t be much competition.

Such great memories, and preparation to continue in other ways.

🙁 It has been so much fun to play racquetball. I hope you find someone to continue playing with so that it’s only a short farewell!
