Potsdam

We went to Postdam, which is the capital of Brandenburg with the US missionaries Kim (the mother) and Bre (Breanna, the daughter of 27). Here are some pictures:

This is Pfingstberg
The next pictures below are of Cecilenhof Palace, which is where the Postdamer Conference with Stalin, FDR and Churchill was held:

Behind us and in the picture below you see a green spot and in the center is a star in which red flowers bloom and this green spot is a reminder of the Postdamer Conference

The below picture looks like a face, can you see it?

Below we are at Sansouci (sp?) Palace, where some Prussian Kings sometimes resided

Below you see a different Brandenburg gate

We also saw the Chinese house built by some Frederick Prussian King

It was very green there and so much fun!

Very nice pictures. The dirt road and countryside in one of your pictures reminds me of Chile. Did it remind you of Chile?

Did you speak in German with this American family?

No, we did not speak in German with them because the mother does not know German. I don’t think it really reminded me of Chile. How about you Audrey?

I mean, now that I think of it, parts of it did look like Chile. But I didn’t think of it then.
