Andrea and I are having a wonderful, marvelously fabulunderous time!
Here are some pictures:

This is Kai-Uwe (the man) and Britta (the woman), the had of the Heymann family, the with whom we are staying.

this is Wünstdorf, Brandenburg, which is the place we had a retreat with the church, which is about 15-20 adults plus kids. It was so pretty!!!!!!

this is one of the beds in the hotel/retreat center. they have a very interesting way for bed coverings, for they are like sacks in which you put the pillows and comforter.

On the left is Nina and on the right is Brea (who is one of the American missionaries who picked us up at the ariport). They are both very nice.

this is me with Henrike, the second to last in the Heymann

This is Mariel, the 3rd child in the Heymann family

This is Linnea, the youngest of the Heymann family. She is, as you can see, very michevious. This is when we were on the lake at the retreat.

The above photo is near the Heymann’s house (though you cannot see it from their house). We got to go on a short canoeing trip on this branch of the Spree river. One of the more interesting things we saw was an abondonded swimming place. Is that the kind of place you learned to swim, Mommy?
Below is a picture of Andrea and I with Mariel at the retreat center:

We’ll send more info and pictures later. We miss you all!

Glad to hear and see you are having a good time.
Good to see the pictures and to hear from you.
Thanks for the update! Do they say Linnea the way we do?
Thanks for the pictures. I am so glad that you are having fun! Where is Andrea? I am praying for you!!
They say “Lee-n-aya” for Linnea. Today, Andrea and I are exploring the city within walking distance, trying to become familiar with everything!
I think it’s cool the little girl’s name is Linnea, like mine.Hope you have some more fun:) 🙂 🙂
~Linnea~
Actually it is more like “Lee-NEya” 🙂
I added some pictures, with Andrea in them. I wonder that I hadn’t put any with her in before! 😳
It is good to hear from you and see some of the people and events you are involved with. We have been looking forward to hearing about your trip and your adventures. Grandpa Tom & Grandma Judy
