Almost there

by Nathan Brauer on February 19, 2008

On Sunday I took my non-final final exam for the EMT-I class that I started in November 2007. It has been a long four months and I feel deprived of sleep, though I try to get as much as possible. It has been a very rewarding experiencem and I feel more confident in some of my skills now than I ever did (including starting IVs). The test I took passes me through the class, but all that allows for me to do is take THE EXAM.

Yes, my non-final final, approves me to be eleigible to take the final. Due to scheduling, and some upcommng vacation, I will not be able to take the practical portion of this exam until the end of March. I can take the written test anytime that I want to at a testing center here in Chattanooga.

Anyway, I hope to get some sleep over the next few days and be back to my normal (whatever this is) soon. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers over the past few months.
