On Sunday, the 2nd of December, we made the zucchini casserole that Aunt Sharon made the weekend following thanksgiving. However, it was really cool, because we put uncooked chicken at the bottom, the layered casserole on top of it and then cooked it on low while we were at church, so that it was done when we got home.
Something funny, is that my hands smelled like pesto and feta cheese for a while 😉
