We get to go to Birmingham this weekend! I am so significantly excited! We will leave around 7:30 in the morning tomorrow. Amy Marshall, a student up at Covenant and a friend whose family was in Chile for about a year, is going to spend the night here and then come with us because her sister lives there. That was a long sentence, at least to write maybe not to read. We are going to eat lunch at her sister’s house, her name is Emma. First we are going to a breakfast for the missions conference, because that is why we are going. Anyway, I am very excited because I love to travel! Especially when I have a good book to read! I am reading Linda Hayner’s ‘The Foundling’. Well, blog later! I love you all!

We enjoyed your newsletter about your visit to NY. When we visited Eric last month of course we drove by/around Birmingham. We saw Briarwood Presbyterian Church from the highway. It sit on the side of a hill. I’ve visited that chruch several times. I guess you can say I enjoy traveling too.
