Andrea and Audrey were tested today to see if they can pass from Green Belt to Senior Green Belt. Here are some pictures. I also have some video I’ll include later.

When do you find out if you pass to senior green belt?
Looks like loads of fun.
I think we find out next week sometime. Our teacher said we did a really good job afterwards, so I am think we must have passed 😀 I did have fun!

With regard to the music in the video, I dubbed it in afterwards.
What they are doing is called “sparring.” At this green belt level I’m not sure how much contact is allowed, but it is minimal.
Nice sparring. I couldn’t hear any music, though.

It was really cool to watch Andrea and Audrey – their execution of the moves appears better than most every other one there!
Wow, you both looked very awesome. You moved with so much energy. The people sparring in the background made a nice contrast 🙂

The Audio makes it look like a dance of sorts. Good job, Andrea and Audrey. It looks like you have to have lots of good balance. Maybe I should do it. Maybe it would make my ankles stronger. (Or maybe they’d just hurt more).
