Melissa, when will you be coming to the States? I heard a little birdie say you would be coming in July. Do you have specifics?

Andrea and I are making plans for going to England and Germany for this summer. So, we need to know dates. There is a German family in Berlin praying about whether or not to host us this summer! They are going to answer us by this Sunday! I am so excited!
It seems so far that the cheapest (and best) flight is going from Charlotte to Manchester and then a separate flight from Manchester to Berlin. Actually, I think flying into London or out of London was cheaper, depending on the dates we go. How much would it cost and how much trouble would it be to get a train from London to Manchester? What would you recommend, Uncle Alan and Aunt Janie?
The dates that suit us best (if we get the money in time, which I am sure we can do 🙂 ) seem to be late May to mid June.
Pretty exciting!
Hullo! I am coming the states on the 9th of July and leave the 28th. I’m flying into Orlando and meeting up with Hannah and her family who are there for vacation. Then i’m flying to Atlanta from Orlando on the 13th (could some loving person possibly pick me up there? I’d love to spend the weekend with somebody.) and doing who knows what for the rest of the time.
It would be awesome if you guys could come out here! It isn’t a big deal to get a train from london to manchester, but i would seriously look at flying instead – trains can be very expensive – but then again, so are planes! You just have to look and compare.

How much would a train ride be?
I just looked it up and found some cheap tickets for 25 dollars! It will completely depend on when you are going though, especially the day of the week, and I don’t know when you are coming. Check out nationalrail.co.uk, from London (it’ll probably take you out of Euston station) to Piccadilly. The earlier you buy them the cheaper they will be. ~melissa xx
Melissa,
As far as your coming to Atlanta, we will be glad to pick you up. We’d be happy to have you here the whole time. We’ll see if we can also plan something with the Churchills, with Dad and Judy and with Nathan.
Thank you very much! I’m a little unsure about when I’m going up to the Abingdon area, but if I could stay with you at least for the weekend that would be fabulous!

We’d love to get together too. Love for you to see our new house. I’ll look at our schedule and see what we can work out.
