Phyllis and I had dinner at Pigeon Mountain Grill with Woody, Sharon and Katie. The food was good, the service was good, and the music was good–but way too loud (and sometimes off tune).
When I went to pay, without me saying anything about the loudness of the music, the cashier apologized for the loud music. I guess she said that for one or more of the following reasons:
- We weren’t singing along
- We didn’t clap
- We didn’t get out of our seats and walk around singing and clapping (not shown in the video below, but it was common)
- We sometimes cupped our ears with our hands to hear better.
In short, I think it was clear to her that we had gone there to converse and didn’t know about the music. In any case, I would go again. She said they have music on every other weekend.

What an interesting little place! So, if you had been singing along and clapping, the music would have been less loud?
This is the best setup for this video you could have written.
If you were going for the music, that would have been a fun place to be. 🙂
😊 Looks like a “happening “ place.
